At Aura Scents, we strive to provide high-quality products and a satisfying customer experience. Due to the personal nature of fragrances, we do not accept returns or exchanges once a product has been opened or used. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear proof (such as photos or videos). Upon verification, we will offer a replacement or a suitable resolution.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed only after the issue has been reviewed and approved by our team. Approved refunds will be issued through the original payment method or an agreed alternative within a reasonable timeframe.
